Happy Birthday Shaleen Malhotra!

Shaleen Malhotra who is playing Arjun in Four Lions' crime thriller show Arjun, has turned a year older today. The actor is elated to celebrate his birthday today. TellyBuzz talked to Shaleen to know more about his birthday plans and his birthday related memories.

Sharing his birthday plans with TellyBuzz, an elated Shaleen told us, "I will be having a party with my friends. I guess my friends will be planning a birthday party for me otherwise I have no plans. I am shooting today."

Talking about a perfect birthday he said, "A perfect birthday according to me is the one, when you think that you are happy enough this birthday as compared to your last birthday and you touch a new milestone in this and look forward for the next one. A birthday also becomes a perfect one when you are happy with your friends and family and everyone is happy.

When asked about the gifts he is getting on his birthday, he said, "Mere saare friends bahut kanjoos hain so they won't be gifting anything to me. The blessings I will be getting from my loved ones is going to be the best gift for me. I don't need anything else from them."

So, is he having plans to treat his co-stars on the sets? Shaleen said, "Yes, I will be treating my co-stars today. It is also today that I have completed one year of my shoot as Arjun so I am sort of celebrating its first birthday today... it will be a double dhamaaka."

Going down memory lane, Shaleen told us about his childhood birthday celebrations too. he said, "My friends used to come at my place and my Mom used to cook food for them. We used to have lots of fun playing games like musical chairs and hide n seek. When I grew up, the treats sifted to restaurants and when I grew up even more, it began to happen in Goa. Now that I am big enough I celebrate it in the clubs."

We told Shaleen that the fans of India-Forums will be preparing a birthday thread for him. Thanking the fans, a delightful Shaleen told, "I am overwhelmed by the wishes and prayers I get from my fans. It's always a very motivating factor for an actor that fans love them so much. For a newcomer to the industry lke me receiving so much love from the fans is unbelievable. Keep loving me and thanks a lot for making me a part of your lives."
