Emily Osment, known for her role in Disney's Hannah Montana, has quickly finalized her divorce from her estranged husband, Jack Anthony.

The news comes just a week after Osment filed for divorce from Anthony, whose real name is Jack Farina. According to new documents filed on Monday and reviewed by TMZ, the couple, married for only five months, is ending their marriage with an amicable settlement.

The process is moving smoothly due to a prenuptial agreement they had in place. Both Osment and Jack have waived their rights to spousal support and signed a confidential settlement agreement. Since they did not have children together, their separation is free from complications related to custody or child support.

Although a judge has not yet finalized the divorce, it was previously reported that Emily Osment initiated the separation, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed their separation date as December 7, 2024, less than two months after their October 2024 wedding. Emily's brother, Haley Joel Osment, served as a groomsman at the ceremony.

Emily Osment and Jack Anthony first appeared publicly as a couple in 2021, according to E!News. After a whirlwind romance, they announced their engagement in June 2023. In a now-deleted Instagram post, the 32-year-old actress shared a photo of herself showing off her engagement ring and wrote, "I didn't know life could be this good."
