For people who haven’t watched 8 A.M. Metro yet, what would you say to them now that it is releasing on ZEE5 for free across 190+ countries? Why should they watch it now?

I would say it's an emotional film. Everybody will be able to connect with it in one way or the other, and you should watch it. It's a wonderful story, I'm not saying this because I am in it, because when I read it the first time, I thought it was a wonderful story and I cried. Sometimes we need movies that make us laugh, we need movies that entertain us, and we also need films that make us cry, because sometimes we don't get enough time to cry in real life. So, when we watch a film, it brings all that pain and trauma out, so crying is good. 8 A.M. Metro will make you cry a little bit, so you should watch it because of that."

What was your biggest takeaway from 8 A.M. Metro?

The story is everything. When the story is good, even if there are some inadequacies in the film, people will connect with it. 8 A.M. Metro is such a wonderful story, written with such great passion by Raj it really connects with people."

In hindsight, is there anything that you would have liked to do differently in 8 A.M. Metro? If yes, then what?

I wasn't really sure how Raj was going to make this film. Maybe in hindsight I probably wouldn’t doubt his abilities. It took me some time to sort of come around and I would like to probably change that."
