The wait has now got a little longer, maybe a lot longer for the fans especially. The release date of Godzilla vs Kong has now been pushed 8 months ahead to November 2020. One of the most awaited and discussed films already, the Kong and Godzilla clash will now release on November 20th 2020 instead of the initially scheduled March 13th 2020.

As known, The film is a crossover event pitting the two famous monsters against one another and follows Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island (2017) and this year's Godzilla: King of the Monsters, which opened in May to lackluster box office numbers in its domestic debut.

The reason for the postponement hasn't quite been confirmed as of yet. However, the teasers of the mega film have been out for a long time and has already piqued the interest of the fans. The film will be helmed by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures.
