Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Yashwant makes a decision on Savi's stay

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin commences with Pandit urging Savi (Bhavika Sharma) to promise Ishaan (Shakti Arora) that she will take on the responsibility of managing the household. Savi agrees, but she hesitates when the Pandit asks her to promise to bear a child to continue the family lineage. Savi explains that she can't make this promise as it would be a lie before God. She clarifies that she's only staying in the house until Harini's health improves. Savi apologises to Surekha's friends and leaves.

Surekha confides in Reeva about feeling humiliated by Savi's actions. Durva tries to console Surekha, expressing hope for Harini's recovery and Savi's eventual departure from the house. Yashwant overhears and questions their comments about Savi leaving, prompting Ishaan to confront Savi about her honesty. Savi defends herself, stating that she couldn't lie during the ritual for the sake of the household's well-being. Yashwant reprimands Surekha for inviting guests and blames Ishaan for Savi's potential departure. He insists that Savi must stay for the sake of the family's reputation, making a decision that she can only leave after death.

Reeva console Ishaan:

Asmita offers Savi support and encourages her to consider her relationship with Ishaan. Ishaan debates whether to disclose Yashwant's decision to Savi, ultimately deciding against it. Reeva tells Ishaan she's leaving, and he offers to walk her out. Savi tells Asmita she never saw herself getting married and doesn't think it's important in her life. Asmita advises her to trust in God's plan and not dismiss marriage entirely.

Ishaan vents to Reeva about Savi's actions, feeling she again embarrassed his family. Reeva encourages him to see things from Savi's perspective and explains that Savi was compelled to be truthful during the ritual. Ishaan doesn't want to discuss Savi further, so Reeva tries to cheer him up with a chocolate. Swati overhears them and discovers that Savi plans to leave the marriage once Harini is better.
