Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi is torn between her feelings for Rajat and Neil

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode opens with Savi expressing her deep emotions to Neil, telling him how much he means to her. She explains why she returned the necklace he gave her, saying it was out of respect for his mother, who now treasures it. Neil acknowledges his mistake and apologises for ruining her special day. He then assures her that he'll make up for it by giving her the most memorable birthday. Although Savi tries to downplay the gesture, Neil remains determined and heads out to make arrangements. She turns to God, asking for strength and guidance for both herself and Neil.

Elsewhere, Bhagyashree speaks to a photo of Rajat, expressing sorrow over being kept away from her grandchildren. She shares her pain and longing to meet them, declaring that she can no longer bear the separation. She decides to see them that very day.

Back at home, Savi and Sai step into a beautifully decorated hall set up for Savi's birthday celebration. Neil's relatives and Dr. Surva are already present. Surva compliments the décor and asks about Neil's whereabouts. Just then, Neil enters the room singing and dancing, lighting up the mood. Savi is touched by the gesture, and Sai feels happy watching her daughter smile, silently thanking the universe for bringing joy into Savi's life through Neil.

After their dance, Neil tells Savi the moment feels oddly familiar. When Savi asks if he's starting to recall something, Neil says it's not clear and quickly changes the subject, urging her to cut the cake. Savi begins to suspect that Neil's memory might be slowly returning. She proceeds to cut the cake and shares it with everyone. Dr. Surva captures a family picture. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree, seeing it, vows to fight back and reclaim her grandchildren from Savi.

The next morning, Savi searches for Sai. Prachi offers to take her and shows her where Sai is. They find Sai guiding Neil through meditation to help his recovery. Neil seems relaxed and enjoys the session. Prachi shares with Savi that Neil used to lovingly call Sai his "sunshine" and hopes their connection always remains strong.

Later, Dr. Surva visits the house to share an encouraging update, Neil is making steady progress, and if his positive state continues, his memory might return soon. Leena and Vinod are pleased to hear the news. Although they invite Surva to join them for lunch, he politely declines.

Before leaving, Leena thanks Savi for staying by Neil's side during such a difficult phase. She tells Savi that once Neil is well again, she is free to go wherever she chooses with her children. Savi nods in agreement.

As Savi gets dressed, she finds herself battling mixed emotions. Her inner thoughts question why she's feeling low about the idea of leaving Neil's house. Savi tries to convince herself that her heart still belongs to Rajat. But her inner voice pushes back, reminding her how much comfort and peace she finds around Neil and that she can't lie to herself anymore. It also reminds her that she's legally Neil's wife now.

Still, Savi argues that Neil doesn't truly love her, and once his memory returns, all misunderstandings will be resolved. Her inner self then brings up her daughter, Sai, pointing out that she's becoming emotionally attached to Neil, which might cause more heartbreak if things change. Savi breaks down, unable to hide her feelings anymore.

Neil walks in and notices the tears in her eyes. Concerned, he asks if something is bothering her and if it's about what the doctor said. He gently reassures her that whether his memories come back or not, it doesn't matter, because having her and his loved ones around is all he truly wants.
