Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Neil decides to marry only Teju, rejects anyone else

In tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Neil surprises his family by requesting to call off his scheduled meeting with the prospective bride on Sunday. His decision leaves everyone in disbelief, prompting them to ask for an explanation. Neil candidly admits that he isn't mentally prepared for marriage. Leena, taken aback by his response, feels as though she is speaking to Rituraj rather than Neil. Alok, attempting to ease the situation, reassures Neil that pre-wedding jitters are common and encourages him not to dwell on his apprehensions. However, Neil remains unconvinced.

At that moment, Manjari steps in and confronts the family for coercing Neil into marriage despite his reluctance. She urges him to follow his heart, drawing from her own past experience—where she was compelled into a marriage that eventually crumbled, leaving her alone. Manjari reminds Neil that, unlike her, he isn't isolated; she stands by his side.

Leena, however, defends the family's stance, emphasising that they always had Manjari's best interests at heart. But Manjari, still harbouring resentment, refuses to accept this, leading to a heated exchange. Neil intervenes to diffuse the tension, ultimately agreeing to meet the girl as planned. Yet, deep down, he remains firm in his decision not to marry her. He finds himself thinking about Teju, realising that his heart belongs to Teju, and he cannot imagine anyone else taking her place in his life. Sensing that Neil's change of heart is not genuine, Leena becomes determined to uncover the real reason behind his hesitation.

Elsewhere, Sonali informs Mukta and her children that they will have to stay in Lakshmi's room as there are no other accommodations available. This decision sparks a disagreement between Lakshmi and Sonali, with Lakshmi accusing Sonali of deliberately trying to displace them. Sonali insists that there is no alternative, leading Lakshmi to suggest that Sonali offer them space in her own room. Sonali refuses, further fueling the tension. Attempting to ease the situation, Mukta agrees to stay in the verandah, but Aditi objects, citing discomfort due to mosquitoes. Aditi nostalgically recalls how Mohit would have ensured their well-being and vows to look after their family in his absence.

Meanwhile, Teju advises Mukta to return to their own house rather than continue living in conflict. However, Mukta reminds Teju and Vedant that the government had allocated their house in Amaravati to them, and after Mohit's passing, they no longer have ownership rights. With no other place to go, they have no choice but to remain in the house despite the ongoing disputes. Lakshmi comments on the situation, further escalating the family tensions.
