Neil, who followed his heart and married Teju, is left shocked when he discovers that her past love was none other than Rituraj. On the other hand, Leena and Bhushan’s anger is rooted in Teju’s bold decision to sing at the event.

In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Teju finds herself in the middle of a tense confrontation with Bhushan and Leena, who are visibly upset with her. As the situation escalates, Neil intervenes, standing up for his wife and her aspirations. He reminds everyone that he had promised Teju that their marriage would never become an obstacle in her dream of becoming a singer.

Amidst the ongoing drama, Mukta makes a phone call inviting Teju and Neil to the Chavan house for the post-wedding rituals, a tradition at Teju’s maternal home. However, Mukta calls Leena to seek permission and she answers the call. Her tone turns cold as she scolds Mukta over Teju’s recent behavior and insists that Mukta herself should talk sense into her daughter. She then hands the phone to Teju.

When Teju comes on the line, Mukta gently asks her how she is doing. Teju, clearly hurt and angry, responds that there's no need to conduct any rituals. Mukta urges her not to say such things and explains that the ritual is necessary, or else it might be considered inauspicious. Teju refuses to entertain such beliefs, calling the marriage itself inauspicious for her. She questions why Mukta, who once wanted her to leave that house, is now asking her to return. Teju declares that she will never return to that house and, in a fit of anger, tries to disconnect the call.

Before Teju can hang up, Neil grabs the phone and takes charge of the situation. He apologizes to Mukta, stating that the atmosphere at home is not ideal at the moment. When Mukta expresses concern, wondering if Teju has done something wrong, Neil reassures her. He makes a firm commitment, promising that both he and Teju will come to the Chavan house the next day for the ritual.

This declaration leaves Teju and Leena shocked. After the call, Leena confronts Neil, questioning if he started making the decision on behalf of both himself and Teju. Neil points out that Mukta had called Leena first to ask for permission, and instead of responding calmly, she spoke rudely. He asks her what other choice he had under those circumstances.

Neil then takes Leena’s hand and tries to understand what’s troubling her. He insists that Teju has every right to meet her own family. Leena sarcastically replies that she never stopped her from going. Teju, however, questions Neil’s decision to say yes to Mukta when she already denied the invitation.
