Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Mohit calls Aditi and Neil before his last breath

In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the episode begins with Mukta conducting her class when Mohit suddenly feels a sharp, overwhelming pain in his chest. Despite the excruciating discomfort, he silently reminds himself to remain strong for his family. Elsewhere, Teju is seen singing a beautiful song with Mukta, while Mohit watches them from a distance. His mind drifts to thoughts of Teju's life and the fact that she has not yet found stability in her personal life. This leads him to reminisce about Aditi, stirring up a rush of emotions. In a vulnerable moment, he accidentally drops a cherished family photograph, gazing at it with teary eyes.

Meanwhile, Sammy, sensing a shift in the air, confronts Teju about her connection with Rituraj. Teju responds that she hasn't heard from him lately, as he's been busy with his professional commitments. Not satisfied, Sammy probes deeper, asking if Rituraj has ever mentioned marriage. Teju admits, a little caught off guard, that they've never talked about it. Sammy, picking up on her hesitation, cautions her to be wary of men like Rituraj and not trust them blindly. Teju, however, stands her ground, defending Rituraj's character.

Noticing the tension, Mukta decides to lighten the atmosphere by encouraging Teju to sing Mohit's favourite song, hoping to lift his spirits. Teju agrees, her voice infused with deep emotion as she sings from the heart.

Meanwhile, Mohit finds himself gazing at the Shiv-Parvati idol, remembering Teju's story about how it was a gift from a hotel waiter to her and Neil. A thought suddenly crosses his mind—if Neil were to marry Teju, he would no longer have to worry about her future. Determined to act, Mohit calls Neil and asks whether his family has been looking for a match for him. When Neil affirms, Mohit directly asks if he will marry Teju. After a brief silence, Neil agrees, promising to discuss it with his family.

In the meantime, as Mohit tries to call out to his family, his voice is drowned out by Teju's ongoing song. Struggling with his worsening condition, he calls Aditi, but when she picks up, she mistakes his silence for a sign that he is about to inform her of his arrival. She casually hangs up, leaving Mohit in his agonising state. Realising his time is running out, Mohit folds his hands in prayer, wishing for the safety and well-being of his loved ones. With one final, painful breath, he collapses.

Later, Teju approaches Mohit, attempting to rouse him, but when he remains unresponsive, panic sets in. Frantically shaking him and calling his name, there's still no answer. In her fear and desperation, Mukta hears Teju’s voice filled with anguish.
