Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode commences with with Ashika accusing Savi of harbouring jealousy and framing her in a false case out of vengeance. The judge steps in, reminding everyone that the court requires concrete evidence and instructing the lawyers to proceed with their arguments. Jagtap takes the opportunity to criticise Ashika, revealing that she has been living with her boyfriend, Arsh, for seven years.

Dharam tries to defend Ashika, claiming that Arsh is merely a friend. Jagtap, however, sarcastically challenges Ashika, questioning her about selling the car Arsh had gifted to Kiyaan. Ashika responds with a lie, attempting to cover her tracks. Jagtap then requests permission to call Mohit to the stand. The judge asks where Mohit is, and Jagtap requests more time to present his evidence.

Kiyaan is seen praying. Sai reassures him, telling him that she has prayed for Savi's success. Kiyaan, however, becomes frustrated and lashes out at her, insisting that Ashika is the one who is genuinely innocent and will win the case, leaving Sai defeated. He also mentions that Rajat is backing them up before storming off angrily.

Aman arrives at the court with Mohit. Rajat informs Ashika that her boyfriend, Arsh, has failed to stop Mohit from testifying. Jagtap begins his questioning of Mohit, revealing that he had received a sum of 710 lakhs from Arsh and had been neglecting his medical appointments for two months. Jagtap further exposes that the car involved in the accident was taken to a mechanic's garage by Jigar, Arsh's alliance. He boldly declares the presented deal as fraudulent. Under pressure, Mohit finally admits that Arsh gave him money and the car but insists he was not responsible for the accident.

Jagtap argues that all the evidence points to Ashika being the true culprit behind the accident, with Arsh trying to cover up the situation with a fake deal. The judge warns Mohit not to provide false statements in the future and dismisses him from the stand, announcing that the trial will continue in the next session. Savi expresses her gratitude to Jagtap for his hard work.

Meanwhile, Rajat discusses with Dharam the importance of doing everything they can to protect Ashika, as it could implicate Kiyaan if they don't. Savi overhears their conversation and feels devastated.

As the next session begins, Jagtap presses Ashika about her whereabouts on November 2nd. She claims she was only window shopping at the mall, though she didn't make any purchases. Jagtap confronts her, questioning how she can prove she was at the mall. He accuses her of being involved in the accident. Rajat steps in, claiming that Ashika is truthful, and that he was with her when the incident occurred.
