Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Ishaan's concern for Savi stuns Reeva

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode commences with Ishaan (Shaskti Arora) consoling Savi (Bhavika Sharma), urging her to stay strong as she prepares to perform the last rites for her deceased family. Ishaan offers his support and encourages Savi to accompany him.

The pandit instructs Savi to carry a pot and circumambulate around the bodies. Ishaan assists her in this ritual. Savi completes the rounds, and the pandit directs her to cremate the bodies. Savi, grappling with the tragic loss, sets her family members' bodies on fire. In her thoughts, she contemplates the sudden and devastating end to everything she held dear. Ishaan embraces Savi, providing solace in her moment of grief. Onlookers sympathise with Savi, pondering how she will endure such a profound loss.

Meanwhile, Yashwant questions Surekha about sending Reeva and Nishikanth to retrieve Ishaan, who had committed to returning after completing Savi's family's last rites. Surekha explains that Ishaan is burdened by guilt and pity for Savi, fearing she might take advantage of him. Consequently, she dispatches Reeva and Nishikanth to bring Ishaan back before any untoward incident occurs. Yashwant agrees, and Reeva, reluctantly agreeing, prays before setting out, expressing trust in Surekha's decision.

The pandit directs Savi to scatter her family's ashes into the river. Afterwards, Savi witnesses a poignant vision of her family departing, desperately pleading with them not to leave. She chases after them into the river, symbolising her deep emotional turmoil. In the meantime, the pandit informs Ishaan that they require Savi's signature for the death certificates, prompting Ishaan to leave in search of her. Realising Savi is not by the river, Ishaan discovers her in the water and jumps in to rescue her.

Bringing Savi to the shore, Ishaan attempts to revive her, realising she is unresponsive. He performs CPR and implores her to come back to him. Nishikanth and Reeva witness Ishaan's efforts, with Reeva offering to help, but Ishaan, feeling the urgency, continues his attempts. Reeva is stunned to witness Ishaan's concern for Savi. Finally, Savi regurgitates water, and Ishaan urges her to open her eyes.

Precap: Savi, apologetic and distraught, confesses to Harini in an ambulance that she couldn't save them. Ishaan later reveals to Savi that he is responsible for her family's death, unaware that Savi is silently beside him.
