Gautami Kapoor faints while shooting for TV show

Actress Gautami Kapoor reportedly fainted on the sets of TV show "Tere Sheher Mein" while shooting in Banaras.

According to a source, the 40-year-old fainted due to high blood pressure while she was shooting in scorching heat. But being a professional, she completed her shoot with no fuss.

"She fainted owing to constant shooting in the sun near the ghats in Banaras. But her spirit was undeterred. She immediately took medicines and agreed to re-shoot," the source said.

The show, which is aired on Star Plus, centres around Amaya Mathur (Hiba Nawab) and Gautami plays her mother.
