However, regardless of that, the show has been going through some major developments in recent times. But now, it is set to witness the biggest development till date.

According to a leading news daily, actress Dipika Kakar aka the Simar of 'Sasural Simar Ka' is all set to QUIT the show. Yes! That's right.

It is being said that after a lot of thought and deliberation, the actress will be exiting the show soon. In fact, she had put down her papers a while ago and is currently serving her notice period, which ends in mid-February.

Over two years ago, Dipika had resigned but decided to not quit at the last moment. However, this time, it is sealed that the actress is indeed quitting the show.

Dipika is currently in a relationship with the initial Prem of the show, actor Shoaib Ibrahim.
