Fawad WINS OVER Sidharth!

Fawad Khan has become filmmaker Karan Johar's new favourite. After casting him back to back in two films, Karan has now roped him in for his next! This time he will be playing the solo lead.

If reports are to be believed, Fawad Khan has bagged his first solo project in Bollywood. The role that was meant to be played by Sidharth Malhotra initially will now be done by Fawad.

A close source revealed to the daily, "The filmmaker - actor jodi is willing to collaborate on more films since they share a good rapport. They have been spotted together on numerous occasions and have discussed few ideas as well as scripts. Fawad recently signed the film after he liked the script." (sic)

Another source revealed, "Initially, Sidharth Malhotra was being considered for the role but later Karan approached Fawad and the latter immediately agreed to be a part of it. He fits the bill and this film will mark his first solo hero outing in Bollywood." (sic)
