#FathersDaySepical: Actors talk about traits, they have inherited from their Father

Whether you fall or fail, cry or sob, all you can look forward to is that belief that your dad has in you. He picks you up, brushes you off, and lets you try again.

A Father is someone, everybody looks up to. While it's a Mother, who gives us life, its a Father, who teaches us to face the world! Our telly actors share with us their traits that they have acquired from their father, which helped them become what they are today.

So this one trait that I have learnt from my father which has really helped me in life is, jitni chadar utni pair felavo. That predominantly helps me in my survival in a city like Mumbai. I had come here knowing nobody and making sure to earn a living for myself, so that really did help me.  

The second trait that I have acquired from my dad is actually being very adaptive, and that is Jugad! Matlab aapka koi bhi kaam kabhi bhi atakna nahi chahiye. You should have a Jugad for everything. So yes, he has basically taught me to be quite street smart. My dad is pretty cool that way, and these are the traits I have inherited from him. 

The qualities that I have acquired from my father are valuing relationships and holding up emotions well. He has always been very good at trying his best to keep everybody happy and valuing everybody's role in his life, which I too have picked up from him. Also not letting emotions come in the way of anything, which again I too have acquired very well.

My father has been a greatest support to me always. Whenever, I used to face any challenges in my life, my father used to advise me to be even stronger and confident. He used to say, this situation is going to make me stronger so just face it! 

I have not seen a person who is happy and content even when he was earning 100 Rs or while he was earning 20,000 Rs. He was the same, happy and jovial. I have learnt one thing from him and that is happiness is in your hands, if you want to be happy, money does not matter.

If look can be counted as a trait, then of course, I do look like my father. One more trait is the practicality, which says work is worship. If I have to achieve something, I need to work towards it rather than only praying to god. So yes, this main quality of mine is something I have picked up from my father.  

My father is my hero. He taught me how to be independent and I owe him my confidence. He helped me believe in myself and always encouraged me to take a leap. He was the best father and a great human being. He has always been my source of inspiration and will continue to be for the rest of my life.

My father was a very hard working man. I had grown up seeing his hardwork, he was suffering from cancer still he never lost hope and continued working hard towards it and fought it and that changed my life. To never lose hope in life and fight the battles of life with strength and determination is what I have learnt from him. I lost my dad a few years back but whenever I lose hope and feel low, I remember him and work harder and I want to be the best human being and work hard to make him proud. I know, he is watching me from there. My father is my hero.

Well, their fathers are indeed their heroes!
