Fans told me that they cried seeing Kairav cry: Mayank Arora of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’

Star Plus show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has kept the fans glued to the screens. The recent track of the show made the fans emotional. Kairav was arrested because of Anisha’s death and he was tortured by the cops. This made Kairav elope from the police custody fearing further more torture from the police. A tormented Kairav ends up at Goenka house and gets a little support from Vansh and Akshu.

Mayank Arora who plays the character of Kairav in the show did an impressive job as an actor. People symphathised with Kairav and felt sorry for his state. India Forums got in touch with Mayank and asked him about his first thoughts when he learned about the track.

He said, “I was very excited when I heard about the track & I knew it would be a interesting & different graph for Kairav. For Kairav, being the responsible one, performing these scenes were satisfying for me as an actor as I love challenges."

When asked about what helped him perform the challenging scenes, he said, “I am already in the skin of the character & to top it we have amazing directors to guide us, so preparing wasn’t much of a task. To be honest none, all the scenes were challenging in there own way & I loved performing them."

Talking about the feedback from fans, Mayank added, “Touchwood the response has been positive & overwhelming. I got many feedbacks but one really that touched me which was people stating that they cried when Kairav cried."
