Exes React: Liam Hemsworth and Brody Jenner finally open up about their split with Ex-Wives!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been through a rocky relationship. Their fans were left broken hearted when not only the news of the once loved-couple divorce made the headlines, but also when intimate pictures of Miley kissing and holding hands with Brody Jenner’s ex-wife Kaitlynn Carter went viral. 

The 26-year-old singer broke the news of their split before Liam in a series of Instagram posts. Taking to her official social media handle, she wrote, “Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created over night, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed. My dad always told me “ Nature never hurries but it is always on time”.... it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process and I am committed to doing the same with my own”

After many speculations on the reasons behind the couple breaking up, Liam Hemsworth finally spoke about his devastating split with Miley. According to Daily Mail Australia, Liam, who was wearing a beige hoodie and black jeans, was spotted with his older brother Chris Hemsworth and his kids India, and twins Tristan and Sasha in a frozen yoghurt shop. After he made his first appearance after the shocking news, in a candid chat with the daily, the 29-year-old actor said, “You don’t understand what it’s like.” When asked about his breakup with Miley Cyrus, during an outing in Byron Bay, Australia, on Aug. 12, he said, “I don’t want to talk about it, mate.” 

Miley and Liam fell in love on the set of The Last Song in 2009. They got engaged for the first time in 2012, but they broke off their engagement in 2013. They were apart for a few years but eventually found their way back to each other. 

The couple rekindled their relationship in 2016 and Miley was soon seen wearing her old engagement ring again. Miley and Liam’s Malibu home was destroyed in Nov. 2018 during the California wildfires, but they didn’t let the devastation get them down. The couple finally tied the knot in Dec. 2018. 

Not only Liam, even Brody Jenner had a few words to share about his breakup and the intimate photos. The Jenner heir who had recently posted a photo of himself standing on a cliff with the caption, “Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today” made fun of the situation in the comments section of the post. He and his friend, Brandon Lee, in a series of comments wrote how Miley should wait for pictures of him and Liam making out and holding hands on the beach.
