Fit' mantra with us.
What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
Fitness means staying fit, not only physically but
also mentally. Exercise is a must at least once in a day. If you are fit then you are
healthy too.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I prefer jogging every day. I try not to miss out on my gym too, but in case if I do miss out I try to burn out my calories and work for it day after.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I am a big foodie. But I see to it that whatever I eat is in limit and I burn out my calories too.
Three things you do every day to remain fit:
Jogging
Gym
Have green tea and black tea.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
Table Tennis.

A fitness tip for your fans.
Little bit of workout every day is a must and you should also drink lots of water.
