#EXCLUSIVE: Now I aim for a RUBY Button: Youtube sensation Ashish Chanchlani

In no time, Ashish Chanchlani became a Youtube Sensation among the millennials. He has charmed the audience with his hilarious vines, conquered Instagram and later on became a star in its own right in Youtube!

Ashish recently won a Diamond Play Button for hitting 10 million subscribers on his channel.(Fun fact: He is Mumbai's and Maharashtra's first individual creator to get diamond play button and India's fourth)

We got a chance to have a conversation regarding his big win.

How was your parents and colleagues reaction after winning the diamond?

My colleagues went crazy looking at the award, they all were so excited! My mom got emotional and started pampering me (laughs). My dad is a very practical man but he also got very emotional for that time. The award was very heavy and my mother started shouting at me for handling it with care, being the typical mom. I explained everyone how big this award is!

Of course you have worked really hard to get the Diamond Play Button, now what next? What's in your mind?

Let's aim for 50 million now! I want a Ruby Play Button! Lets hope for that! I'm really excited!

Any Bollywood offers yet?

I do get a lot of Bollywood offers, but I am just waiting for the right opportunity and content right now. The main focus is on my videos. In the Youtube FanFest, Varun Dhawan also approached me to work into films and join Bollywood, but right now I am in my own Youtube space.

How was your experience in Youtube FanFest?

It was OUTSTANDING! When I went on stage, it was like I saw my Family! People were cheering so loud and it was a phenomenal experience! It felt like my cousins and family were the part of the audience. It was one of the best fan fest ever!

Did you have any fan moment with anyone?

Amanda Cerny of course! And even Lily Singh! They are incredible with their work and I really look up to them. It was surely a fan moment.
