Exclusive: Actor Vishal Thakkar Missing since past 10 days!

A few months back Munnabhai MBBS actor Vishal Thakkar was caught up in a major controversy, where his alleged girlfriend had filed a rape case against him. However, the couple had later sorted out their differences and the case had been withdrawn.

According to our sources, the actor got into major depression as whenever he saw his name on search engines, he was always tagged as a rapist. The incident had shaken him up and had also affected his behaviour. He also had trouble getting work after this incident.

On 31^st December, Vishal left his house telling his Mom that he is going to watch the film Star Wars with his girlfriend. On the 1^st of Jan he told his girlfriend that he is going home and has been missing ever since!

We contacted Vishal's mother, Durga Thakkar who told us, "Yes, Vishal is missing since the 1^st. He has been in depression ever since he was tagged as a rapist. I have registered a police case on the 6^th but the police are unable to track Vishal as his phone is switched off."

Vishal was not in town when the case was filed against him but as soon as he found about the case he had surrendered himself as he said that he was innocent. And since his girlfriend had withdrawn the case and is still dating him, it was possible that this case was just a misunderstanding.

Police continues to search for Vishal and we hope Vishal is safe.
