Elvish Yadav targets Karan Johar as Ankita Lokhande shares her views on groupism: 'Aisa mat bolo..'

Elvish Yadav and his podcasts are definitely catching everyone's eye. The YouTuber, who also emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT season 2, is making quite a buzz. Elvish Yadav recently hosted Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain, on his podcast, and they discussed groupism in Bollywood. While chatting, the YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner asked if the film industry favors certain people. Ankita shared that, although there's no real bias, people usually like to work with those they’re familiar with.

“Not biased, but yes there are people who want to take their own people to go forward. There’s groupism," Ankita said.

Elvish cut in and made a jab at Karan Johar, saying, “Karan Johar ko aisa mat bolo."

As soon as he mentioned KJo, Ankita quickly responded, “Everyone is like that, not just Karan. I think everyone has their own group."

Ankita’s husband, Vicky Jain, pointed out that people in the film industry tend to stick with those they know and are less willing to give opportunities to newcomers.

Elvish attempted to roast and take jabs at Karan and Kangana, but Ankita handled all the questions with great intelligence.

Ankita Lokhande is a well-known name in the entertainment industry. She started her acting career with the hit show Pavitra Rishta. After doing well on television, Ankita moved into films and impressed fans with her strong performances in movies like Baaghi 3 and Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. Most recently, she appeared in the film Swatantrya Veer Savarkar alongside Randeep Hooda. In 2023, she also took part in reality TV by joining Bigg Boss 17 with her husband, Vicky Jain.

Now, Ankita is preparing to portray the famous character Amrapali, a royal dancer from ancient Vaishali, in an upcoming web series by Sandeep Singh. She is also currently featured in the second season of Laughter Chefs.
