Drashti Dhami: Being Khanzada on The Empire has been the most intense and exciting experience of my life

Drashti Dhami has been receiving a lot of love for her role of Khanzada in The Empire. The actress also made her digital debut with this historical show and it has been hailed as one of her finest performances so far. While the reaction to the web series has been mixed, she has only been receiving praise for her role.

Today, she decided to take to social media as she penned a heartfelt note about how she is glad to have taken up the show and is overwhelmed with all the love that has been coming her way. She thanked everyone from the team, right from the makers to the hair and makeup team, to whoever else was a part of the journey.

She wrrote: Being khanzada on THE EMPIRE has been one for the most intense and exciting experience of my life which I will cherish forever. I want to thank everyone who made this come true. Starting from @kavishsinha and his team for bringing me into this show. The fabulous cast of legends, actors I have seen over the years and new friends I want in my life forever.
