Colors TV's recently launched show 'Doree' is a social drama that revolves around a six-year-old girl, Doree, fighting against a patriarchal society for her rights. It features famous television actors Amar Upadhyay as Ganga Prasad, Sudha Chandran as Kailashi Devi Thakur, and child actor Mahi Bhanushali as Doree.

In the episode of the show tonight, the audience will witness Kailashi Devi devilishly confesses to Doree that she killed Ganga and now intends to harm Doree as well. The next day, Komal becomes suspicious, wondering why Kailashi is entering the haveli with her face covered with a shawl. With her face hidden, Kailashi takes the unconscious Doree from the cage and leaves. Meanwhile, Yash sees Mansi, who is tied with chains, and goes to rescue her. He also urges her to take a stand against Anand, but Mansi is only concerned about Doree.

In the upcoming episodes of the show, the audience will see Nani being brought to the accident site to identify the body, but it isn't Doree, leaving Nani shattered once again. She is shocked to find it empty at the secret hideout where Kailashi Devi had kept Doree in a cage. Maai secretly takes and saves Doree from Kailashi Devi's cage.
