Don't want to spoil my son Azad: Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan is a perfectionist in everything he does. Even when it comes to fatherhood, along with pampering his little champ Azad, he is quite strict when it comes to discipline and teaching him the right values. This was made evident at the recent press conference when Aamir shared that he doesn't want to spoil his youngest son with money.

At the Eid celebrations today, during media interactions we asked Aamir what eidi he will be giving Azad. To this he replied that he doesn't wish to spoil him by giving him money or other expensive stuffs.

"I have not kept any special eidi for Azad. I just give him 2 rupees. I don't want to spoil him more", said Aamir.

When asked if he is missing his wife Kiran Rao and his son Azad on such an auspicious occasion, he said, "Azad and Kiran are not there this time. They have gone to Europe to meet Kiran's mother. Her parents reside there. Azad is having his vacations right now. So they have gone there. I couldn't go this time as I am tied up with work here."

He also said that as he a kid he used to eagerly wait to get eidi from his family members, "When I was a kid, I was very much interested in eidi. But, now I have to give eidi to the kids."

Further, when we asked him as to how he will be celebrating the festival this year, he said, "I will be with my mom and my full family. We are going to meet at Ammi's (Mom's) place and spend the day together."

Sending his wishes to all his fans he concluded, "Meri dua hai yeh ki hum sab khush rahe aur humara yeh saal bahut accha beete. (I pray that we all stay happy always and this coming year shall bring prosperity in everyone's lives)"
