DJ's Creative Unit is bringing a new comedy I Love India for the channel...

After making the family drama Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi for Sony TV, Tony and Deeya Singh's DJ's Creative Unit is all set to come up with their sitcom for SAB TV which is tentatively titled I Love My India.

A source describes about the concept, "I love My India is a story that revolves around the Sethi family who have been residing in London for years and decide to return to India."

Mr. Anooj Kapoor, EVP and Business Head, SAB TV adds, "So many things that make us Indian and so many things there are unique to India .This show aims to bring out the unique traits of Indians and depth of Indian culture in a light hearted entertaining way. We are confident that it will strike a chord with everyone who's truly Indian at heart."

The casting for the show is still in process. Watch this space for more updates.

WE HOPE THAT THIS COMEDY SHOW IS NOT LIKE OTHER STUPID SLAP-STICK TYPE SHOWS THAT SAB TV IS INFAMOUS FOR!

We just hope that Tony and Deeya Singh will personally oversee the 'I Love My India' show and make it dialogue inspired comedy rather then using 'Fat People', 'Funny Voiced People', etc..
