Dipika Kakar aka Simar from Sasural Simar Ka bids a Teary GOODBYE

The entire cast of the show surprised her with a farewell.

It's been 6 years of successful running for Colors show Sasural Simar Ka. The show keeps appearing on the TRP charts and has been doing decently well.

It was a couple of months ago that we reported about the current lead, Dipika Kakar aka Simar calling it quits. The leading lady bid the show a teary goodbye yesterday and the entire cast gave her a farewell.

Jyotsana Chandola aka Khushi gave her a surprise farewell and made her last day quite special. We spoke to her, and here's what she had to say: "It was a very emotional day for everyone and I'm proud of her and really respect her. After seeing the kind of love she actually got from everyone, the entire unit was in tears and something like this hardly happens."

"We decorated the entire room for her and she was surprised and emotional too. We also gave her some gifts. Every hour, someone was gifting her something along with a message," she added.

She sure must be overwhelmed. We wish her all the very best for her future endeavors.
