Dilip Joshi enjoys Dal Dhokli in Masterchef!

Dilip Joshi is one of the finest actors in town, and his comic timing cannot be beaten… we are talking about Dilip Joshi who is currently seen in Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma on SAB TV. He will soon be seen on an episode of Star Plus' Masterchef Kitchen Ke Superstar as a very special guest.

 Known to be a big foodie, Dilip Joshi meets the contestants and challenges them to cook his favorite dish – Dal Dhokli.  Dilip Joshi and his nephew, Bhavya ask the contestants to make the traditional Dal Dhokli as well as innovate with a few other Gujarati dishes.

 The challenge was tough but pleasing the actors wasn't easy, "It was fun to meet Dilipji, and I had a blast cooking his favorite dish. He loves food and he was very encouraging and nice… I wanted to make sure that he loves my food," says Masterchef contestant Ripu.

 Dilip Joshi was amazed as to how well his taste buds were treated. He relished the innovation used to make his favorite classical dish and wished the contestants all the very best.
