Having done shows like Ye Hai Mohabbatein (Star Plus), Maharakshak Devi (ZEE TV), Jai Jai Jai Bajrangbali (Sahara One) and a few episodic shows, Kanisha Malhotra is one of those lucky actors to whom fame struck suddenly!

She said, "The best part about being in this industry is the way actors are treated. Speaking about my experience, this show has not only given me fame and financial stability but also a lot of respect."

Talking about the kind of roles she does, Kanisha shared, "I like playing varied characters as it keeps the actor within me alive. For now, I have am not taking up daily soaps as I do not want to portray characters which get monotonous after a point of time. But it is not that I am avoiding fiction dailies. A good show which is character driven would definitely be something I would be interested in."

Little would we know that this lady is not only a good actor but a stylist, designer and a script writer too. Infact, she has her own clothing brand in the name of Princess Couture!

She laughed as she said, "Yes, I am a part time designer and a stylist. Infact, I have plans to pursue styling actors in films and television shows in the near future. Apart from acting and designing, I am also writing few scripts for a few short-films."
