Did Saroj Khan just say that new Tamma Tamma song has no standards?

It seems ace choreographer Saroj Khan just say that new Tamma Tamma song has no standards!

Saroj Khan, the choreographer of original 'Tamma Tamma' song which starred Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit seems quite upset as the makers of the contemporary version of the song didn't invite her for the screening!

The veteran who is bit displeased by the makers of 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' avoiding her spoke about how she feels. She said, "Why should they call me? They don't owe me anything. Maybe they felt since my assistant Madhuri Dixit was there, they didn't need me around." (sic)

"You have to ask them why I wasn't invited. I don't mind not being invited.The new version of any of my dance numbers have to be of some standard for them to invite me to watch it," she added.

When she was quizzed if she like the new version of the song she chose not comment on the same. "I haven't seen the whole song. I've just seen the trailer. And I can't comment," she said.

Madhuri's Tamma Tamma totally copied from Janet Jackson and Saroj makes comments like she has done the oririginal. I liked this new dance number as it has that feel good feeling.

Why is Bollywood hell bent on recreating old songs and new versions r spoiling it ...they don't have charm to match up to such legendary songs .stop spoiling old songs with ur rap n unnecessary western beats .spoiled humma humma and now this .

No offense but, as much as I wish Saroj Khan work in industry again especially with Madhuri since she is undoubtedly still the best choreographer. But on a personal level, she comes across as someone who has if not big but definitely a bruised ego. It's the third or fourth time I am reading something where she is either displeased with Madhuri or taunting her. It all started when Madhuri did not interfere with PH decision and allowed Vaibhavi Merchant to choreograph Aaja Nachle songs. I read somewhere Saroj ji was upset that Madhuri did not called her instead. After that so many times she has been continuously taunting her. If Saroj ji was/is Madhuri's Guru then she should be proud of her; and also allow her to experiment out of her comfort zone and with other choreographers too. She should also not feel so bad if Madhuri is called just for a two minutes promotional video! its not as if Madhuri choreographed whole Tamma Tamma Again song. She was only for promotional video. Calling Madhuri her assistant, and what not! She lost my respect!
