Hina posted a casual picture from her beach getaway, dressed in shorts, a yellow t-shirt, sneakers, a cap, and sunglasses. Adding to the message, Hina used the song Living My Life by Olivia Addams, which reflects her attitude toward the allegations.

While Hina is enjoying her time off, social media is abuzz with Rozlyn Khan’s serious accusations. The actress has claimed that Hina exaggerated her cancer diagnosis for publicity.

Rozlyn has shared what she alleges are Hina’s PET scan reports, stating that Hina had stage 2 cancer, not stage 3 as she claimed. Calling Hina an "opportunist," Rozlyn insisted that she release her complete medical records to prove her diagnosis. Having battled stage 4 cancer herself, Rozlyn questioned Hina’s statements and suggested that she used her illness for attention.

On February 4, Hina spoke about cancer awareness on World Cancer Day. In an interview with ANI, she stressed the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment. She shared that her own treatment began just days after her diagnosis, highlighting how crucial quick action is in battling the disease.

Hina was last seen in the crime thriller Griha Laxmi, directed by Rumaan Kidwai. The series, set in Betalgadh, follows a housewife forced into the crime world. The show, featuring Chunky Panday, Rahul Dev, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya, premiered on EPIC ON on January 16.
