The seasoned actor, Dharmendra, once again demonstrated that age is merely a number. Renowned for his active engagement on social media, the 89-year-old consistently shares snippets of his everyday life with his vast fan base. On Monday, April 14, he posted a spontaneous video, informing his followers about his well-being and fitness regimen. In the short video, Dharmendra can be seen at a gym, clad in athletic attire and a baseball cap.

Dharmendra, known for his energetic personality, shared a video of himself flexing his muscles, emphasizing his commitment to staying fit and healthy. 

He captioned the video, "Friends, Born to entertain and inspire you…. Love you all be happy healthy and strong," followed by a series of emoticons. His post quickly went viral, garnering reactions from celebrities and fans alike, who were delighted by Dharmendra's quirky update.

Ranveer Singh responded to Dharmendra's post with a simple but powerful message: "ORIGINAL HE-MAN!" Wrestler Geeta Phogat expressed her admiration, writing, "Sir, You are an inspiration and idol for everyone. I wish you stay healthy and young forever." Ameesha Patel added, "The most handsome n the kindest hearted gentleman !!!! Prior to the gym video, Dharmendra shared a photo of himself from a film set, looking dapper in a crisp white shirt, blue trousers, a brown coat, and a tie.
