Dharmendra tests negative after 3 house staff contracted COVID-19

In a sign of relief, veteran Bollywood star Dharmendra has been marked safe from the virus as he tested negative for COVID-19. This comes as a big relief as about 3 people in the Deol household in Juhu Scheme tested positive for the novel virus.

Dharmendra confirmed the same and told ETimes, 

God has been kind to me. I've tested negative. I really don't know what is happening with this second COVID wave which is definitely crazy. The situation has to quickly come under control, else things are really getting out of hand.

A source also informs that Dharamji is taking care of his staff who have been infected by Coronavirus. He has made arrangements to isolate them away from the rest of the family.

In a good move, Dharmendra also got himself vaccinated with the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on March 20. The Apne star inspired his fans and encouraged them to get the vaccination too. "Tweet karte karte... josh aa gaya... aur main nikal gaya... vaccination lene... it's definitely not a show off... but to inspire you all... Friends, please take care (got inspired while tweeting and went off to get vaccination)," he had tweeted.

Earlier today, R Madhavan tested positive for COVID-19 and he took to his official Twitter handle to share the news with his followers. He shared the update about his diagnosis with a hilarious ‘3 Idiots’ twist as his dear friend and co-star Aamir Khan also tested positive for the virus recently.
