According to Sacnilk, the movie made Rs 5.00 crore on its first day. It had an overall occupancy of 10.24 percent in theaters on Friday. The occupancy was 5.87 percent during the morning shows, 9.18 percent in the afternoon, 9.77 percent in the evening, and 16.15 percent in the night shows.

The opening number for ‘Deva’ is lower than Shahid Kapoor’s last film, ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,’ which made Rs 6.7 crore on its first day. The weekend collection for ‘Deva’ will help us see how well the movie might do in the following days.
