#DejaVuAlert: When Kumkum Bhagya went the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein way!

As soon as you guys read the headline, we assume you may have guessed what we are talking about?  The first thing that comes to mind is the fact that both the shows are Ekta Kapoor shows.

Well, apart from that we'll tell another common factor in both the shows is that both shows took leaps at major points in the story line of 7 years!  

And if that was not enough, how they entered the leap phase, also coincides - with their leads actresses Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Pragya (Sriti Jha) both jumping off a cliff.

Back when Yeh Hai Mohabbatein took its first leap of 7 years in 2016, Ishita had been deserted by Raman (Karan Patel) who blamed her for young Ruhi's (Ruhanika Dhawan) death and for choosing her and Raman's biological child over Ruhi. Ishita then decides to end her life and jumps off a cliff.

And now, in Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya's first ever leap of 7 years' in 2018, Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia) blames Pragya for Dadi's (Daljeet Soundh) death and berates her for bringing bad luck and only disparities into his life and breaks up with her. He even tells Pragya that Dadi's barsi will henceforth mark the end of their relationship as well. And this pushes Pragya to end her life and she too, just like Ishita, jumps off a cliff.

But wait... what's with the VFX?

Both Ishita and Pragya's lives change after their leap (pun intended). While Ishita goes on to live with Mani (Sumeet Sachdev) and his daughter Aaliya (Krishna Mukherjee) after he saves her, Pragya too starts living with rockstar King Singh (Mishal Raheja) and his daughter Kiara.
