Deepika reveals details about her bachelorette before marrying Ranveer Singh, and it’s Bizarre! Find out below

After dating for six years, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot on 14 December 2018 in a traditional Konkani-style wedding, followed by Sindhi rituals at Lake Como in Italy. The adorable couple shares alluring chemistry on screen and an even enchanting camaraderie in real life. Right from sharing the most loved up pictures to posting goofy comments on each other’s posts, the duo’s romance has swept fans off their feet.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, India, Deepika revealed, “In today’s context, I could be considered a weird person. When I was on my bachelorette, I did laundry twice a day, so I suppose I am weird.”

Besides, the gorgeous actress also talked about how she’s a sensitive person, and is evolving with time, learning to express herself more with each passing day. “I am extremely intuitive, vulnerable and sensitive. For years, I kept all of it within me but now I express things more. I’ve always been an old soul,” Deepika shared.

Meanwhile, talking of her professional front, Deepika had earlier taken a similar year-long sabbatical post Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat to prep in full force for her then-impending wedding. But, the actress is back with a bang! 

She will be next seen alongside hubby Ranveer as his on-screen wife Romi Dev in Kabir Khan’s ‘83. Next, she has a Meghna Gulzar film in her kitty, titled Chhapaak. Based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, the film also stars Vikrant Massey and is slated to release next year.
