Deepika Plans a Family Holiday

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani completes one year on 31st May 2014 and Deepika Padukone wishes she could have been here on the anniversary of the film.

Deepika Padukone was very keen to celebrate the one year anniversary of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani with her team as the film is extremely special with her working with Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji for first time. All of them - Kalki Koechlin, Aditya Roy Kapur, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor & Ayan Mukerji all became good friends while shooting the film.

However the actress will not be able to do so as she takes off for her month long vacation with her family.

It has been a busy year for the actress and before she gets into yet another busy year shooting films back to back, she planned this trip.

The entire team had a blast shooting the film and would love to have got together to celebrate the most loved film of the year.

Especially the simplicity and innocence with which Deepika portrayed her character in the film, it is most remembered apart from her Om Shanti Om character. Her fans constantly refer to her as Naina.

Spokesperson of Deepika confirmed the news and shared, "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is a very special film for Deepika and she is thinking of a special way to mark the occasion".
