Deepika Padukone on reuniting with Shah Rukh in 'Pathan' - "It's like coming home"

Actors Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan have a history to be remembered forever. As Khan was the superstar back in 2007 as he continues be through decades, he and director Farah Khan introduced a new face in Om Shanti Om in the form of Deepika Padukone.

14 years later, Padukone is not only one of the best actors in the country but also one of the topmost faces. While Padukone and Khan did collaborate again in Happy New Year, after almost 8 years, the couple is all set to reunite again.

Padukone and Khan will be starring in the upcoming mega film, Pathan which is also touted to be Khan's comeback film.

In a recent interview, Padukone responded to reuniting with Khan saying, "To me, it’s like coming home and working with someone I’m extremely comfortable with. I started my career with him, so obviously there is a sense of trust and comfort."

She added, "Working is as much fun as it can be because yes, we’re working but also we sit on the side like chatting and catching up and laughing and having fun."

We definitely cannot wait to see the pairing of Khan and Padukone on the big screen again.
