A video circulating on social media displays the building's construction nearing its end. It is situated in Bandra's Bandstand region.

The video, shared by Viral Bhayani, reveals the building's completion, with additional work in progress. According to MoneyControl, it is worth 100 crores and encompasses 11,266 square feet of internal space. Reports also suggest the house will have an extra 1,330 square feet of terrace area. The apartment occupies floors 16 to 19 of the building. The video also features Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow Mannat, showcasing the close proximity of Ranveer and Deepika's home.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcomed their daughter Dua Padukone Singh on September 8, 2024. They announced the arrival of their daughter through a heartwarming post on social media. In November, the couple revealed the name of their daughter, Dua, and explained its meaning. "Dua Padukone Singh 'Dua': meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer," they wrote. They also shared a peek at baby Dua's tiny feet.

Deepika, last seen in Singham Again as DCP Shakti Shetty, has yet to announce her next project after becoming a mother. However, industry rumors suggest that the creators of Kalki 2 are eager for her to return for the sequel.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is currently filming Dhurandhar. He also has Don 3 in his lineup. According to a recent report by Bollywood Hungama, the makers of Don 3 are considering bringing Sharvari on board. However, no final decision has been made yet.
