After months of speculating and denying, Deepika Padukone and Sidhartha V Mallya's secret affair is now officially out!

However, the confession didn't come from the couple themselves, but was revealed by the English cricketer, Kevin Pietersen.

Deepika and Sidhartha have never admitted to the media that they are dating, but looks like cricketer Kevin was not aware of this particular fact and posted on his Twitter page: "Just had a lovely lunch with Sidharth Mallya & his girlfriend Deepika Padukone.. Thanks for picking up the bill Deepika... NOT!! Haha" ((c) Twitter).

Kevin plays for the Royal Challengers Bangalore IPL team owned by the Mallyas.

The couple have lately been seen together a lot which only further fueled rumors of them being in a relationship, Sidhartha even celebrated Deepika's birthday this year with her! Neither Deepika nor Sidhartha commented on this revealing tweet but rumors say the lunch was at a posh restaurant in Bangalore and Deepika was seen having a great time with both Sidhartha and Kevin.
