Dadi to FIND OUT about Naira's Pregnancy problems; to confront Kartik and Naira!

Star Plus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will soon move on to the happy occasion of the Gangaur festival. And while Keerti's (Mohena Singh) pregnancy will bring about a lot of happiness in both the Singhania and Goenka families, Naira (Shivangi Joshi) and Kartik (Mohsin Khan) will be troubled.

Naira confesses to Kartik about her conceiving chances being very less. And after initial moments of shock, Kartik turns Naira's support system and promises to be by her side. At the Goenka mansion, where the ladies are preparing idols for the Gangaur pooja, Naira's Ganesha idol remains incomplete due to lack of clay. However, Kartik and Naira compensate for the same with mud and complete their idol.

However, during the celebrations, Kartik and Naira's idol seems to develop cracks because of the mud, but the couple smartly handles the situation by tying a holy thread around their idol and successfully immersing it. But the main twist here will be that Naira and Keerti's doctor will end up at the celebration and while conversing with Dadi (Swati Chitnis), she will end up revealing Naira's medical condition, thus shocking Dadi.

A shocked Dadi would be moving towards the water tank, when Naira and Kartil will save Dadi from falling. And that is when Dadi will reprimand Naira and Kartik for hiding the truth from both families. How will Naira and Kartik pacify both the families and Dadi?
