Craziest rumor I have heard about myself: Pooja Gor

With the growing fame, our Telly celebs have to come across many rumors. Our Wednesday column focuses celebs who have heard some of the craziest rumors about themselves and their reaction on the rumors. This week we got in touch with Pooja Gor who is playing the protagonist in Star Plus popular TV show Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya.

Here's Pooja sharing her reaction towards the craziest rumor she has heard about herself.

Pooja shares, "The craziest rumor I have ever heard about myself was that Raj Singh Arora and I live together. This rumor was published by a newspaper. I have a beautiful house here in Mumbai and we are not living together. We are in a relationship that is very true but that doesn't mean that we live together. This rumor made me feel a bit uncomfortable as it would to any girl. I was taken aback but my parents are really understanding and they know it well that how media seeks for masala and stardom is followed by such rumors. So, they didn't react much on it."

Pooja further added, "The power of media is being misused. It is now being mostly used for creating masalas and rumors, which hurts at times. I think journalism should be used in better ways by giving better news. I understand a job of a reporter. They have their own sources to follow up and the power to publish. But I felt very bad about this rumor because it was published in the newspaper which has a great readership."

Talking about the reaction when she looks back to the rumor, she said, "I laugh at it because this is the craziest rumor that I have ever heard about myself."
