Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar challenges 'harassment' claim, demands high court clarification

In a recent legal development, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the accused conman, has responded to Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez's legal plea regarding the alleged receipt of 'intimidating' and 'harassing' letters from him. Chandrashekhar has filed an application in Delhi's Patiala House court, contending that Jacqueline's plea has "suppressed multiple facts" in relation to the ongoing ₹200 crore extortion case.

In his application, Chandrashekhar boldly stated, "I am ready to undergo any punishment if even one single letter sent to Jacqueline proves or covers my content that is threatening, intimidating, or related to any of the cases or matters pertaining to the ongoing EOW or ED cases." He also raised a valid question about why the actress did not approach the high court last year when he allegedly sent several letters.

Jacqueline Fernandez, in response to the persistent receipt of what she terms "unsolicited dissemination of troubling letters" from Sukesh Chandrashekhar, had moved the Delhi High Court seeking intervention. She requested the court to direct the superintendent of Mandoli prison and Delhi Police's economic offences wing (EOW) to prevent the conman from issuing any further letters, messages, or statements addressed to her directly or indirectly.

The actress emphasized in her plea that Sukesh's actions have created an alarming and distressing environment for her, especially considering his consistent dissemination of troubling letters to various electronic and print media platforms. It's worth noting that Jacqueline Fernandez is a protected witness in the FIR being investigated by the EOW in connection with the ₹200-crore money-laundering and extortion case linked to the alleged activities of Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
