Cold war between SLB and Rani?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali seems to be finding it difficult to juggle his favourites!  It wasn't very long ago when Salman disengaged himself from the directors camp; and now it seems Rani - one of Bhansali's firm favourites after the success of Black - is also no longer on speaking terms with him.

Apparently the relationship between the two first suffered a setback when Rani signed on for Yash Raj's Dil Bole Hadippa.  Bhansali's sister Bela had earlier approached Rani to do a movie opposite Shahid titled Hadippa.  However Rani declined as she didn't feel comfortable working opposite Shahid due to their age difference.

But that didn't stop Rani from taking up DBH and with the similarities in the titles (with some even saying that Rani had suggested Hadippa to Yash Raj!), Sanjay and Bela were very annoyed with Rani's decision.

However things have seemed to get worse after Sanjay announced that he would be casting Aishwariya Rai Bachan (another firm favourite) opposite Hrithik in his upcoming project Guzaarish.  It's not exactly a secret that Rani and Ash haven't see eye to eye after the latter became a Bachan, which may be why Rani has been telling people that Ash was only cast because of the DBH episode!

With Rani's firm announcement that she no longer wants to stay in touch with Bhansali, it's no wonder the cold war between the two continues!

Whatever the reason, Bollycurry hopes these two get over their petty argument and patch up.  After all, good friends are rarely found in Tinsel Town.
