Neerja Bhanot was the head purser on the Pan Am flight 73, and only 23, when she heroically saved 360 lives on the flight, which was hijacked in Karachi in 1986.
She lost her life while saving children from a hail of bullets. She became the youngest and first woman recipient of the prestigious Ashok Chakra Award, posthumously.
Ahead of the upcoming biopic Neerja, where Sonam Kapoor plays the title role, Fox Star Hindi released her last flight announcement.
