Chhaava on OTT: Vicky Kaushal's blockbuster film to come on THIS global streaming platform? Reports

Chhaava is setting the box office on fire. The Sunday numbers for the movie are expected to be insane. It has apparently made Rs 39 crores plus on day two. Maharashtra is a huge circuit and a film can roar if this territory does great business. People are wondering about the OTT release of Chhaava. The makers have no plans as of now. Given how well the film is doing at the box office the OTT release might happen after a couple of months. The makers played a masterstroke by avoiding the December clash with Pushpa 2. The clean release date has shown the true potential of the film.

It seems Chhaava might come on Netflix. The OTT streaming platform has been a favourite of the production house, Maddock Films. Movies like Mimi, Angrezi Medium and Stree are available on Netflix. In the past year, the platform has acquired some of the biggest movies like Kalki 2898 AD and Pushpa 2. The movie has full potential to go global on Netflix. Vicky Kaushal has done a stellar job as Chhatrapathi Sambhaji Maharaj in the movie. Fans are also in awe of Akshaye Khanna who is chilling as the tyrant Mughal emperor Aurangzeb who made an ambitious foray to capture the Deccan.

Vicky Kaushal said he had to do 6000 calories of clean eating daily to get into the physique of the Maratha ruler. He said it was an impossible task. His look, onscreen histrionics and dialogue delivery have made Chhaava a truly memorable historical film in recent times.
