ChaskaMeter Week 29: ‘Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey’ out of top 5; Pandya Store enters the list, ‘Imlie’ tops again

We are back with another week of ChaskaMeter and things have indeed got interesting. 

As known, ChaskaMeter considers several factors - Ranging from the buzz that the show's track has been creating in that week to the discussions it has invited amongst the fans, from your rating of the show being BEST (5) and being BAD (1) and the general traction that the show has invited on social media platforms.

ChaskaMeter rankings are different from TRPs of each week. While a few shows have lower TRPs, they can still get a good ChaskaMeter ranking for the buzz that they’ve created. So, let's have a look at the proceedings this week.

No: 5- Pandya Store

‘Pandya Store’ previous week’s track wherein Krish suffers a heartbreak and Keerti humiliates him has gotten the fans hooked to the show and thus the ranking of the show has improved and the show is now at number 5th position, one rank ahead of it’s previous week’s position.

No:4- Anupamaa

Position last week: 5

Total points: 899

‘Anupamaa’ has been quite consistent in the TRP list as well as Chaska Meter rankings. The current track of the show wherein Pakhi is getting agitated with Anupamaa and her decision of adopting little Anu. Adhik and Barkha are trying to manipulate Pakhi. This track has become a point of discussion for many which has resulted in the rank of the show improving.

No:3 – Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Position last week: 3

Total points: 965

The revelation for Akshara about Abhimanyu’s health has made the fans hooked to the show. The viewers are enjoying Akshara’s cute gestures for Abhimanyu to make him feel better inspite of his major illness. The track has received love from the viewers making it securing the third spot in the ChaskaMeter ratings.

No:2 – Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin

Position last week: 2

Total points: 1014

This week too, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ secured the second spot in the list. Despite of backlash for the surrogacy track, the show is getting a lot of traction. From the looks of it, assumptions can be drawn that the show is gearing up for more interesting tracks leading to improved ratings.

No:1 – Imlie

Position last week: 1

Total points: 1482

The leap in Star Plus show ‘Imlie’, along with the major twist of Aryan and Imlie separating seemed to have worked well as ‘Imlie’ has sustained its top spot in the ChaskaMeter ratings.
