Chargesheet filed against Raj Kundra; shot adult films in deluxe hotels for OTT: Reports

The Maharashtra Cyber Police has filed a charge sheet against businessman and Shilpa Shetty's husband, Raj Kundra, which was submitted to a court last week. The charge document accuses him of filming pornographic films in two 'deluxe hotels' in the suburbs. Other people implicated alongside Raj include Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey, Meeta Jhunjhunwala, and cameraman Raju Dubey.

The Cyber Police had previously brought a case in 2019 alleging that Raj Kundra, Director of Armsprime Media Ltd., was involved in creating and disseminating pornographic content on specific websites. 

Raj Kundrra, was also detained by the Mumbai Police late on July 19 of last year along with 10 other people on suspicion of making pornographic movies, which shocked the entire nation. He was charged with violating pertinent provisions of the Information Technology Act, the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, and the Indian Penal Code.

For the unversed, ever since his bail in September 2021, Raj Kundra has kept a low profile in the public eye. In fact, whenever he steps out, Raj Kundra completely covers himself with a full face mask and a hoodie.
