Chang and Marischa go 'Out of the Box'..

Meiyang Chang gets a standing ovation with a full thirty for his out of the box performance in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4 - Dancing with the Stars

Meiyang Chang has always been one of the eye candies of Sony TV's popular show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4 - Dancing with the Stars and he has proved himself as a dancer in every progressing episode of the show.

Chang was one among the top scorers in the recent performance of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4 with a perfect 30. But what was it that made his performance so special?

Chang says it all, "Malaika had actually given us a challenge to perform something 'Out of the Box', for which thinking indeed is easy but to put into act is always a challenge. But then the performance went really well for which I give complete credit to Marischa for racking her brains to get the concept and the act done with two boxes for the sensational song Sason Ko from Hum Tum."

He adds, "All the three judges were surprised on the act and Remo sir said that he had expected something but the act turned out to be unexpected."

Chang also received a standing ovation for his performance from Madhuri Dixit and Malaika Arora Khan commented that the performance was a step ahead of her challenge.

Speaking more on the preparation and the result, Chang adds "This time it was a risk that we took because last time we got very poor marks for a slow song, but I think the risk was well paid off. I did not expect the marks because even by Monday our dance was not completed because we couldn't really figure out what to do. But then, finally everything went very good and at the same time I couldn't react to my marks because I was not keeping well. But I was fine for the relay performance."
