Chand Chupa to get shifted to the afternoon slot...

Star Plus, the number 1 GEC, is coming up with new strategic developments in order to beat the IPL fever and hold up the ratings. The channel has now decided to rope in more ratings in the prime time slot.

Rajan Shahi's Chand Chupa Badal Mein, which was airing at the 8 pm slot in the channel, will now be shifted to the afternoon slot of 2:30, from 25 April onwards.

A little birdie says "It is a known fact that Chand Chupa Badal Mein was tipped to go off air in the last week of May. Now, the channel has decided to shift the slot of the show to increase their TRPs in the prime-time slot."

"There will not be any new shows on air at the 8 pm slot, but the channel has decided to air their top rated shows Saathiya and Sasural Genda Phool 45 minutes each", signs off the birdie.

We hear that the channel will continue the strategy till the last week of May till Four Lions Films and Pangalosean Entertainment's show Vaidehi is launched. And as planned, Chand Chupa Badal Mein end in the last week of May.

All our efforts to contact Rajan Shahi were in vain.

We tried contacting Rashmi Sharma, the Producer of Saathiya and also Zama Habib, the Producer of Sasural Genda Phool, but were unavailable.

The viewers can catch up more action of Gopi and Suhana from Monday.
