Chahatt Khanna Deactivates Social Media Account After Lashing Out At Trolls; Says She Is Under Depression In Her Last Post

Popular Television actress Chahatt Khanna rose to fame after appearing in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Qubool Hai. The actress recently grabbed headlines for her ‘Quarantine with love’ posts with Bollywood singer, Mika Singh. Chahatt and Mika recreated the song Bade Achhe Lagte Hain together. 

The actress amid lockdown has been spending time with her children and sharing pictures of what she is upto at home. Chahatt has always been pretty vocal when it comes to expressing herself on social media. The actress recently slammed trolls on the Internet that criticized her for being a single mother. She further deactivated her account but what came as a shock is her last post before going off social media. The Bade Achhe Lagte Hai actress hinted towards being in depression.

Chahatt Khanna took to her Instagram stories and first bashed the trolls. In another story, which was her last one before she left Instagram, she wrote, “No, I am not running away, just that I’ll be busy with work, for a few days. Yes, my team will keep posting pics, not me. Par story par kuch logon ko muh tod jawaab dena bohot zaroori tha (But it was necessary to give it back to some people).” She further added, hinting at her depression, “Hum zara depression mein kya gaye unko laga ki hum mar gaye, naah! Picture to abhi storyline par hi hai mere dost, my mom always told me darna nahi, ladna hai aur muh tod jawaab dena hai. Lekin unko bhi love and light, wo bhi dost hi the kabhi kisi zamaane mein."

Chahatt Khanna has two daughters Zoharr and Amaira with her ex-husband Farhan Mirza. The ex-couple had tied the knot in 2013, and parted ways after five years.
